Meditation and mindfulness are on everyone’s lips – but what exactly is meditation?
Meditation is much more than simply relaxing – it is access to our own mind. Through meditation we can change our whole experience and feeling and ultimately find lasting inner peace and happiness.
In this course we will receive clear introductory explanations and learn some simple meditations from the Buddhist tradition, which we can practice immediately and from which we can build up our own daily practice.
This is the ideal introduction for anyone interested in the subject.
The event is open to everyone, no previous knowledge is required.

Kelsang Gyudzhin is a German Buddhist monk who has been studying and practicing Buddha's teachings within the Kadampa Tradition for over 20 years. He is the Resident Teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Dresden and participates in the FTTP, a Germany-wide teacher training program of the New Kadampa Tradition.

Gyudzhin is universally respected for his kind heart and calm nature. He is an inspiring example of a modern Buddhist monk dedicated to helping everyone find inner peace and true happiness through the Buddha's timeless teachings and guidance on meditation.
