New perspective
How looking inwards changes the world
Normally we judge the world and the people who surround us by starting from our own desires and sensitivities. But this often leaves us at a standstill.
To make our experiences more joyful and meaningful, Buddha recommends a change of perspective:
how to judge our own states of mind from the point of view of the tasks and demands that the world places on us.
To this end, Buddha teaches meditation on the nature of our mind.
This skilful practice helps you to look inwards. In this way you find access to new strength and hope and change your experience of the world for the better.
The course is open to everyone, no previous experience is necessary.
